Kapintelligence is the software product of Kapnative GmbH. It structures evidence, drafts outputs for human review and preserves the decision record.
Kapintelligence does not provide investment advice and does not make investment decisions. Kapnative GmbH's regulated investment-brokerage activity is a separate service, carried out as a contractually bound intermediary under the liability of AHP Capital Management GmbH.
Privacy notice
This notice covers personal data processed through this website and the Kapintelligence workspace. Customer content inside the workspace is processed on behalf of the customer under a data processing agreement.
Server logs record IP address, user agent, requested page and timestamp for security and operation. These logs are kept for a short, defined period and are not combined with marketing data.
Name, business email, organisation, role, use case and any context you provide are processed to respond to your request and to prepare the workflow review. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
Enquiries are stored in HubSpot CRM. Website visits can be linked to your enquiry where analytics consent has been given; campaign source and referrer are included only where campaign-attribution consent has been given. Records are retained for the duration of the business relationship and the statutory retention periods that follow it.
Documents, prompts and outputs inside the Kapintelligence workspace are customer content, processed on the customer's instruction under a data processing agreement. They are not used to train shared models.
Processing takes place in EU regions. The current list of subprocessors, including model providers, is maintained and provided as part of the security pack and the data processing agreement.
Analytics and campaign attribution run only where you have consented under cookie settings. You can withdraw that consent at any time on this page.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority in Berlin.
