Kapintelligence does not provide investment advice and does not make investment decisions. Kapnative GmbH's regulated investment-brokerage activity is a separate service, carried out as a contractually bound intermediary under the liability of AHP Capital Management GmbH.
This notice covers personal data processed through this website and the Kapintelligence workspace. Customer content inside the workspace is processed on behalf of the customer under a data processing agreement.
